About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Billing Executive to join our Transportation Company. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in billing with E-commerce companies (Amazon, Bluedart, Flipkart, etc.), possess solid accounting knowledge, and be capable of handling payment disputes, reconciliations, and timely follow-ups. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth billing operations and zero delays in payment collections.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process accurate invoices for transportation services.
Manage payment disputes and resolve discrepancies with E-commerce clients.
Maintain accounts receivable and reconcile with client statements.
Regularly follow up with clients to ensure on-time payments.
Prepare billing reports, outstanding/aging reports, and reconciliations.
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for billing accuracy.
Ensure compliance with company accounting standards and taxation norms.




Take full responsibility of the billing cycle and support process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (preferred).
Minimum 2+ years of experience in billing/accounts (transportation/logistics or E-commerce billing preferred).
Knowledge of Tally/ERP systems, Excel, and accounting processes.
Robust experience in payment follow-ups and dispute resolution.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
High level of accountability, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate
Jamalpur, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
