Role & responsibilities
Achieve sales targets and drive business development.
Manage day-to-day branch operations efficiently.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team.
Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and customers.
Identify recent business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports and monitor team performance.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
37 years of experience in Sales/Branch Management.
Robust leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Experience in the Building Materials industry will be an added advantage.
