We are looking for a Brand & Product Designer (UI/UX) to join STEADY’s founding team and help shape both our product and brand from the very beginning. In this role, you will design straightforward, intuitive user experiences and high-quality interfaces that make the product easy and enjoyable to use. You will also help build a consistent design system in Figma to ensure everything feels unified and scalable as we grow.

Alongside product design, you will play a key role in shaping STEADY’s brand identity—refining our logo, colours, typography, and overall visual style to create a clean, cohesive, and memorable experience across all touchpoints. We are looking for someone with a robust understanding of UI/UX principles, good experience with Figma,



and a robust eye for visual design. Most importantly, you should be able to think beyond individual screens and focus on the full user journey.

Experience working with developers or building design systems is a plus.

Role: Volunteer Internship (Founding Team)

Location: Remote

Commitment: Flexible (Less than 10–15 hours/week) This is an unpaid role at our current stage, but it offers full ownership, hands-on startup experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to shape the design foundation of a product with real social impact.
