Job Summary The Business Development Manager – Franchise Operations will be responsible for expanding the company's franchise network by identifying prospective franchise partners, evaluating business prospects, negotiating franchise agreements, and ensuring successful onboarding. The role requires solid business development skills, relationship management, market intelligence, and a deep understanding of the retail and franchise business model.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Business Development
Develop and execute franchise expansion strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
Identify and generate qualified franchise leads through networking, referrals, exhibitions, digital platforms, brokers, and industry contacts.
Conduct market mapping to identify high-potential cities and territories for expansion.

Franchise Partner Acquisition
Present the company's franchise business model, investment prospect, and value proposition to prospective franchisees.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with prospective investors.




Coordinate with legal and finance teams to complete documentation and compliance requirements.

Franchise Onboarding & Store Launch
Coordinate with design, projects, operations, marketing, procurement, and training teams to ensure timely store setup and launch.
Support franchise partners throughout the onboarding process until the store becomes operational.
Ensure adherence to company standards, branding guidelines, and operational procedures during store setup.
Monitor store opening timelines.

. Compliance & Process Management
Ensure all franchise agreements and documentation comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of franchise processes.
Maintain confidentiality of business information and franchise negotiations.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
MBA or PGDM is preferred.

Experience
7+ years of experience in Franchise Development, Business Development, Retail Expansion.
Prior experience in the apparel, fashion, lifestyleor organized retail industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
