Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building strong relationships with potential and existing clients in the B2B and exhibitions space.

The Business Development

Executive will conduct market research, prepare and deliver presentations, coordinate proposals, and follow up to close deals. They will collaborate closely with internal design and operations teams to align client requirements,



ensure seamless project execution, and support long-term account growth.

Qualifications

Strong Current Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into clients.

Solid understanding of Business and Account Management principles to maintain and grow client relationships.

Effective Communication skills, including the ability to present solutions, negotiate, and interact confidently with stakeholders.

Experience in B2B marketing, exhibitions, events, or related industries is an advantage.

Comfort with in office client meetings, travel as needed, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in basic CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting of sales activities and performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Self-driven, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
