Key Responsibilities:
Develop accurate 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems using Autodesk Revit.
Perform MEP coordination and clash detection to ensure smooth project execution.
Create detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation for building services projects.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated and high-quality BIM models.
Develop and maintain Revit families and templates.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in BIM Modelling (MEP)




Robust proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Navisworks knowledge is an advantage)
ITI/NCTVT certification in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing Draftsmanship
Robust analytical skills and attention to detail

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
