We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM)
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong business development skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in building client relationships.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with colleges, institutions, and corporate clients.
Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with clients.
Achieve sales and business growth targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
Maintain client records and prepare business reports.
Requirements
3–4 years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
Experience in the EdTech industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Solid client relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
