The ideal candidate will have a solid background in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales closure. As a BDM, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our customer base across US, UK, and Australia markets.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive new revenue growth through lead generation, bidding on platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn, and client calls.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Create and present proposals to clients, highlighting the advantages of our services and ensuring successful deal closure.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet business objectives.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales efforts and improve results.

Job Requirements




Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong understanding of web and design AI services, as well as the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Proven track record of successfully closing deals and driving revenue growth.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a solid focus on achieving sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is an asset.
