We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business development strategies to generate new leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and corporate organizations.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Coordinate with the counseling and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets.
Conduct presentations, seminars, and promotional events.
Generate walk-ins through networking, referrals, and partnerships.
Track sales performance and prepare regular business reports.
Negotiate and close business deals effectively.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,
or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
Experience in the overseas education or immigration industry is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Solid leadership and team management abilities.
Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
