Key Responsibilities
Generate international leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
Acquire new clients for Accounting Outsourcing Services, including Bookkeeping, Tax Preparation, Payroll, Virtual CFO, and Back-office Accounting Solutions.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to successful deal closure.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project onboarding.

Requirements
Immediate Joiners preferred.
2+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in Education, BPO, KPO, Consulting, or Qualified Services.
Masters degree.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven experience in international client acquisition and lead generation.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
