Role Description This is a full time Brand Manager role based in Gurugram or Bengaluru with a hybrid work model, allowing a mix of in-office and work-from-home days.

The Brand

Manager will oversee brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across digital and offline channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing brand strategies, collaborating with marketing and creative teams, and working closely with AI-driven insights to refine campaigns. The role will involve managing brand guidelines, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders,



monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting initiatives to drive growth and enhance brand recognition.

Qualifications

Solid brand strategy, positioning, and messaging skills, with experience managing brand identity across channels.

Proficiency in digital marketing and performance-focused campaigns, ideally with familiarity using AI-driven tools or analytics.

Experience collaborating with creative, product, and sales teams to deliver integrated brand initiatives.

Ability to interpret data and brand performance metrics to inform decisions and optimize campaigns.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and consistency.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting and manage multiple projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; prior brand management experience is strongly preferred.
