Reconfirm the work order with customer as soon as its generated KRA2 Communicating the customer requirements to Brand team 1. Mediate between the customers and brand team regarding the customized needs Generate work orders based on purchase orders KRA3 Coordination among various departments for a smooth process flow 1.
