We are looking for a courteous and energetic Bell Boy to assist guests with their luggage, escort them to their rooms, and provide prompt, friendly service to ensure a pleasant guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and assist with luggage during check-in and check-out.
Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and amenities.
Deliver guest requests, messages, and packages promptly.
Assist guests with transportation and local information when required.
Maintain cleanliness of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
Coordinate with the Front Office to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining hotel standards.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically fit to handle luggage and work versatile shifts.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
