Title: Bench Sales Recruiter (Non-IT)

Location: Hyderabad

Role & responsibilities:

Robust Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and clients.

US Market Knowledge: Understanding of US work authorization, visa processes, and labor laws.

Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain solid relationships with candidates and clients.

Negotiation Skills:

Ability to negotiate salaries and benefits effectively.

Organization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Preferred candidate profile:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must be able to create positive presentation

Ability to work under pressure

Must be details oriented and active listener

Must have excellent interpersonal skills
