About the Role

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeller (Architecture) to create accurate 3D building models, prepare architectural drawings, and support project coordination using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of architectural drafting, BIM workflows, and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Prepare 3D models, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
Coordinate with architects, structural, and MEP teams to resolve design clashes.
Update BIM models based on design revisions and project requirements.
Ensure drawings comply with project standards and BIM guidelines.
Generate schedules, BOQs, and documentation from BIM models.
Participate in project coordination meetings and support design teams.
Maintain model accuracy, quality, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills




Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture).
Knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM workflows.
Understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation.
Basic knowledge of Navisworks is an added advantage.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and teamwork.

Qualifications
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience as a BIM Modeller, Architectural Draftsman, or Revit Designer.
Freshers with solid Revit skills are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Experience
Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial building projects.
Knowledge of BIM standards and project coordination.
Familiarity with BIM 360, Navisworks, or other BIM tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
