Role Description

This B2B Sales internship role at VOXA Design Studio is an on-site position based in Noida. The intern will support the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential business clients, researching target industries, and building prospect lists. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with outreach via email, calls, and meetings, preparing sales presentations, and coordinating with the design team to align proposals with client needs.

The intern will help maintain CRM records, track leads and opportunities, and support follow-ups to move prospects through the sales pipeline.



This role provides hands-on experience in B2B sales within a creative agency setting, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to drive current business.

Qualifications
Strong interest in B2B sales, client relationship management, and business development in a design or creative services context.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to listen actively and articulate value propositions clearly.
Basic research and analytical skills to study markets, identify prospects, and understand client requirements.
Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and documentation accurately.
Comfort working in office in Noida and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency setting.
Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, slide presentations) and willingness to learn CRM or sales platforms.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Enthusiasm for design and branding, with a client-centric mindset and a proactive approach to learning.
