Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Tirupati Industries is looking for an experienced Bend Supervisor to oversee the production of PVC pipe bends. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily production, maintaining quality standards, minimizing rejection, supervising operators, and ensuring timely order completion.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily bend production operations.
Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
Monitor bend quality, including dimensions, angle, socket fitting, finish, and defects.
Control production wastage and reduce rejection.
Plan production based on customer orders and stock requirements.
Supervise packing, labeling, and finished goods storage.
Maintain production, rejection, and stock records.
Coordinate machine breakdowns with the maintenance team.
Ensure implementation of 5S and safety practices.
Train and guide production operators to improve productivity and quality.

Requirements




1–2 years of experience in PVC Pipe, CPVC, HDPE, or Plastic Manufacturing.
Solid knowledge of bend production and quality inspection.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Mechanical, Production, or a related field preferred.
