Role Description The Business Development Executive (Freshers) role at Internz Learn is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the executive will identify and engage prospective partners, clients, and institutional collaborators through calls, emails, meetings, and presentations.

Responsibilities include understanding client needs, promoting Internz Learn’s offerings, supporting proposal development, and maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and follow-ups in internal systems. The executive will also assist in market research, contribute to sales campaigns, participate in events or outreach activities,



and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client relationships.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and present ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Basic knowledge of sales or business development concepts, including lead generation, client engagement, and relationship management.

Analytical and research skills to understand market trends, identify opportunities, and gather relevant information about potential partners.

Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, meetings, and follow-ups in a structured manner.

Comfort with using digital tools such as CRM systems, productivity software, and online communication platforms.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset suitable for fresh graduates.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; other disciplines are welcome with robust motivation for business development.
