We are looking for an experienced
BIM Modeler – PHE with 8–10 years of relevant experience in commercial projects
. The candidate will be responsible for developing detailed PHE/Plumbing BIM models, preparing drawings and documentation, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of project deliverables.
Develop and maintain detailed
PHE/Plumbing BIM models using
Revit MEP
.
Model domestic water supply, drainage, stormwater, sanitary, and other plumbing systems.
Prepare plumbing layouts, riser diagrams, schematics, sections, and detailed drawings.
Coordinate PHE models with
Architectural, Structural, HVAC, Electrical, and Fire Fighting disciplines.
Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues using Navisworks or similar BIM coordination tools.
Prepare detailed shop drawings, schedules, and documentation as required.
Ensure BIM models and drawings comply with project standards, specifications, and BIM Execution Plans.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings and collaborate with architects, engineers, BIM coordinators, and other stakeholders.
Review models and drawings for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
Support the BIM team in resolving technical and modeling-related issues.
Maintain model integrity and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in
Civil, Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing Engineering
, or a related field.
8–10 years of relevant experience in PHE/Plumbing BIM modeling.
Strong hands-on experience in
Revit MEP and
AutoCAD
.
Valuable working knowledge of
Navisworks and BIM coordination processes.
Robust understanding of water supply, drainage, sanitary, stormwater, and plumbing systems
.
Experience working on large-scale commercial projects such as hotels, hospitals, offices, retail, mixed-use developments, and high-rise buildings.
Knowledge of BIM standards, modeling practices, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
