Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month + Attractive Performance Incentives About the Role Codingsthan Technologies is looking for a agile and result-driven Business Development Manager who can take complete ownership of business growth. The ideal candidate should have prior EdTech experience and be capable of managing sales, marketing support, franchise expansion, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities - Manage complete business development operations.
Generate leads and convert them into admissions and business opportunities.
Support and execute sales & marketing strategies.
Develop and expand the Codingsthan franchise network.
Identify, onboard, and manage new business partners.
Handle complete sales operations and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Build relationships with colleges, institutions,



and corporate clients.
Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead generation and conversions.
Prepare sales reports and contribute to business growth.

Requirements - 1–3 years of experience in the EdTech industry (Mandatory).
Proven experience in business development, sales, or franchise sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to independently manage business operations and achieve targets.
Robust leadership and problem-solving abilities.
