About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and result-driven BTL Marketing Executive to generate quality customer leads through on-ground marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing promotional campaigns at malls, residential societies, corporate parks, exhibitions, events, and other high-footfall locations to create awareness about Club Mahindra's holiday memberships.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct BTL marketing activities at malls, corporate parks, residential societies, exhibitions, and events.
Interact with potential customers and educate them about Club Mahindra's holiday ownership products.
Generate quality leads and schedule appointments for the Sales Team.
Build relationships with event organizers, mall management, RWAs, and corporate partners.
Execute promotional campaigns, roadshows, kiosks, and brand activation activities.
Ensure attractive branding and visibility at promotional locations.




Maintain daily records of leads generated and activity reports.
Coordinate with internal sales teams to ensure timely follow-up on generated leads.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the marketing team.
Ensure compliance with company policies during all promotional activities.

Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Solid presentation and customer engagement skills.
Ability to work on weekends and holidays, if required.
