Manju Groups is seeking an experienced Branding Head to lead the company's branding strategy, creative direction and corporate communication. The ideal candidate will build and strengthen the Manju Groups brand across all online and offline channels while supporting business growth through impactful marketing and branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the overall branding strategy for Manju Groups.
Ensure a consistent brand identity across all marketing and communication materials.
Lead the creative team, including Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Content Writers and Digital Marketing specialists.
Plan and execute branding campaigns for residential and commercial projects.
Oversee corporate branding, project launches, events, exhibitions and promotional activities.
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing, Sales, CRM and Business Development teams.




Manage external creative agencies, media partners and production vendors.
Review and approve creative concepts, advertisements, brochures, presentations and digital content.
Monitor market trends, competitor branding and customer insights.
Manage branding budgets and ensure maximum ROI.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Branding, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

8–12 years of experience in Branding, Marketing or Corporate Communications.

Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role.

Experience in the Real Estate industry is Plus.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
