The selection process includes two tests:
First, completing a 3 or 5 kilometer run—finishing is mandatory, with no time limit.
Second, a push-up test requiring between 10 and 20 push-ups.
I am open to any tests you may have for the groom's selection process as well.
I designed the test based on my capabilities so you can perform, and I'll be doing it right alongside you.
