Role Description The Blender Artist will work full time on-site in Mumabi, creating high-quality 3D assets Day-to-day responsibilities include texturing, lighting, and rendering in Blender for product rendering. Qualifications

Robust proficiency in Blender for 3D modeling, texturing, lighting,



animation, and rendering.

Experience creating assets and environments for animation, VFX, motion graphics, and architectural walkthroughs.

Ability to work with storyboards, animatics, and client briefs to translate concepts into polished visuals.

Familiarity with related tools and pipelines (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, compositing tools) is beneficial.

Understanding of fundamental design principles, visual storytelling, camera composition, and color theory.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with directors, producers, and cross-functional creative teams.

Relevant education in animation, VFX, design, or a related field, or equivalent skilled experience.
