Role Description This full-time Job On Gurgaon Based Hospital in office role for a BSc Nurse is based in Gurugram and focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care. The nurse will provide clinical assessment, medication administration, wound care, and ongoing monitoring of patients in home care and related settings.

Responsibilities include coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate patient records, and following established protocols and infection control standards.



The role also involves educating patients and families on treatment plans and self-care, responding to emergencies within the scope of practice, and supporting safe use of medical equipment supplied by the organization.

Qualifications

Recognized BSc Nursing degree and valid nursing registration/license as per local regulatory requirements.

Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, and basic life support.

Knowledge of home care protocols, infection control practices, and protected handling of medical equipment.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to maintain accurate documentation, follow clinical guidelines, and adhere to ethical and skilled standards.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and on-call duty if required.

Prior experience in home nursing, hospital, or emergency care settings is an advantage.

Comfort with basic digital tools for record-keeping, reporting, and communication.
