Biology Masters – AI Data Trainer About The Role We're looking for Masters-level biology experts to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. No AI background required — just solid biology knowledge and the ability to reason through complex problems.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design advanced biology questions and problems to challenge and evaluate AI performance

Develop explicit, step-by-step solutions with rigorous scientific logic

Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning

Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Masters-level biology





Provide structured written feedback that directly improves how AI models handle complex biological concepts Who You Are Currently pursuing or have completed a Masters degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced biology domains

Able to communicate complex scientific ideas clearly and precisely in writing

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently

No prior AI experience required Nice to Have Experience in data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation workflows

Familiarity with molecular biology, genetics, physiology, or related specializations
