Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data management, documentation, record maintenance, report preparation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems.
Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation.
Verify data accuracy and ensure timely updates.
Manage files, documents, and databases efficiently.
Coordinate with internal departments for operational support.
Handle emails and respond to internal queries professionally.
Perform document verification and maintain confidential records.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.




Assist in administrative and back-office tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Positive typing speed and accuracy.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer proficiency and internet usage.

Eligibility
Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in Back Office, Data Entry, MIS, Documentation, or Operations will be an added advantage.
