Perform microbiological analysis of clinical, pharmaceutical, food, water, and environmental samples.
Prepare, sterilize, and maintain culture media, reagents, and laboratory equipment.
Isolate, identify, and characterize microorganisms using standard microbiological techniques.
Conduct microbial limit tests, sterility tests, and environmental monitoring.
Maintain aseptic techniques and follow Positive Laboratory Practices (GLP).
Record, analyze, and interpret laboratory results accurately.
