Role & responsibilities
Promoting the brand through different advertising methods/social media/by participating in different events/trade shows and exhibitions.
Expanding the new business by adding more corporate clients and travel agents throughout south and north
Solicits new and existing accounts to meet or exceed revenue goals; including, but not limited to, telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections/show around, and through written communication.
Closely watching the competition and market trend for planning the new strategies for business expansion.
Maintaining up-to-date information on competitors rates, promotions, and strategies
Maintaining an up-to-date database with details account/contact information using technology provided.
Responsible for preparation of business proposals and contracts and maintain good writing skills to formulate all correspondence related to these proposals, contracts, negotiations and letters of thanks and appreciation.




Reaching out to the potential clients to tap business prospects and identify sources of individual business and allocate resources to develop relationships with them.
Developing a solid network within the hospitality sector and establishing good rapport with them.
Achieving monthly and yearly sales targets and focusing on the stretched targets
Conducting daily sales calls and arranging show around visits for corporate clients
To establish a positive rapport and excellent PR, cultivating both current and new potential customers and achieving sustainable customer loyalty.
Close coordination with front office and operation department for a smooth execution of inquiries and in house stay experience of the client.
Follow the minimum turnaround time in responding to client queries promptly.
Maintain press cuttings in newspapers, trade magazines and publications, related to bothunits.
To monitor and ensure correct Company standards, skilled presentation, correct language/spellings and tone in all internal and external official correspondence, both written and verbal.
