Preferred candidate profile
Ability to read architectural/MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs and tender documents and to understand basic site measurements and interfaces.
Working knowledge of technical-commercial proposals, costing inputs, taxes, payment milestones, delivery terms and basic contract risk.
Explicit presentation, listening, negotiation, follow-up and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; working familiarity with CRM tools, PDF mark-up and AutoCAD or drawing-viewing tools is an advantage.
Skilled English communication; proficiency in one or more regional Indian languages is advantageous.
Willingness to travel frequently and work according to customer, tender and project timelines. A valid driving licence is preferred.
