Role & responsibilities -

Robust understanding of Organic Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Chemical Engineering fundamentals

Knowledge of reaction mechanisms, synthesis, and scale-up processes

Exposure to laboratory techniques, analytical methods (HPLC, GC, UV, etc.)

Basic understanding of formulation development and process improvement

Data analysis, documentation, and report writing skills

Awareness of safety practices and regulatory guidelines in R&D; settings

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in development and optimization of chemical processes and formulations

Conduct laboratory experiments and support pilot-scale trials

Analyze experimental data and prepare technical reports

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Process, QA, Production)

Maintain proper documentation as per industry and compliance standards

Support technology transfer from R&D; to manufacturing

Minimum CGPA: 6- 6.5

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical Engineering.
Experience: Fresher
