About the Role

APA Engineering is looking for a Business Analyst Account Management with 3–5 years of experience to help us understand business needs, improve processes, support project teams, and ensure client success. In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal technical teams to clarify requirements, support solution delivery, and ensure that projects meet business goals. You will also be responsible for driving business growth, maintaining solid client relationships, and ensuring timely collections as per contract terms.

What You’ll Do

Business Analysis
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements clearly and accurately.
Create straightforward process flows, mock-ups, use cases, and user stories.
Work with business, QA, and technical teams to clarify and refine requirements.
Support discussions on solution design and provide inputs during development.
Prepare basic reports and perform data validations as needed.

Project & Client Coordination
Track project tasks, timelines, and deliverable status.
Provide regular updates to customers on project progress.
Coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution.




Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through responsiveness and transparency.

Account Management
Identify opportunities to grow revenue from existing customers.
Recommend new offerings based on customer needs and industry trends.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when credit limits or payment timelines are exceeded.
Maintain robust client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact.

What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Account Coordinator, or similar role.
Strong skills in documentation, communication, and requirement gathering.
Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Excel, Visio, or equivalent.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage parallel tasks.
Qualifications: Engineering graduate, preferably with an MBA.

Nice to Have
Basic data analysis or reporting skills.
Experience owning revenue targets or supporting business growth initiatives.
Exposure to any domain such as IT, Finance, Retail, or Manufacturing.
