Role Description The Bus Driver role is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.

The Bus

Driver will safely operate company or staff transport buses along designated routes, ensuring timely pick-up and drop-off of employees or authorized passengers.

Responsibilities include conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, following traffic laws and company safety procedures, and practicing defensive driving at all times. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness of the bus, reporting maintenance needs, completing basic trip logs,



and coordinating with supervisors regarding schedules and route changes.

The Bus

Driver is expected to provide courteous customer service to passengers, assist with boarding when needed, and respond calmly and appropriately to any incidents or emergencies.

Qualifications Strong driving skills across commercial vehicles, including Bus and Truck Driving experience.

Proficiency in Defensive Driving techniques and safe driving practices in urban and highway environments.

Background in Driver Training or formal driver education, with understanding of transport regulations and safety standards.

Customer Service skills to interact respectfully with passengers and handle inquiries or concerns professionally.

Valid commercial/heavy vehicle driving license and a clean driving record.

Familiarity with local routes in and around Hyderabad and ability to follow schedules reliably.

Ability to sit for extended periods, manage long shifts, and respond effectively in emergency situations.

Basic literacy for reading route instructions, safety guidelines, and completing easy reports; prior experience as a bus driver or professional driver is an advantage.
