Role & responsibilities
To achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs at (Client) with highest standards.
Managing BMS operations to ensure the quality and deliverables within the stipulated time;
Assist in providing comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management for technical services to the client.
Preferred candidate profile
Tertiary qualifications in either Electrical/Mechanical/Civil ITI.
Positive people skills and ability to interact with a client staff and demands;
PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems;
Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives highly desirable.
