Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in understanding business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and translating them into User Requirement Specifications (URS). The role requires hands-on experience in payroll processes, data reconciliation, functional documentation, and close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze and understand business processes and translate them into detailed User Requirement Specifications (URS).
Gather, document, validate, and manage business and functional requirements.
Create and maintain functional documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Perform payroll data reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders to define and deliver business solutions.
Support requirement clarification, solution validation, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Track and manage requirements, user stories, and project progress using JIRA (preferred).




Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend business solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of overall experience as a Business Analyst.
Robust experience in payroll processes and business analysis.
Hands-on experience in data reconciliation.
Experience creating User Requirement Specifications (URS) and functional documentation.
Ability to understand complex business processes and convert them into detailed functional requirements.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Working knowledge of JIRA is desirable.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Have
Experience working in the Life Sciences domain.
Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
