We are looking for someone who is passionate about Business Analyst and results-driven to join our team.

Experience Required: 2 - 5 years

Understand client's requirements, grasp and present the vision, technical solutions and value propositions
Ensure that the proposed/design solutions are aligned to client's business requirements
Exposure on tools like Wireframes (Balsamiq / Gliffy / Visio), Project Management Tools, Axure, Balsamiq, Visio, Invision, Just in mind will be positive.
Facilitate the Scrum process from initiation through delivery.
Extensive experience in translation of business need to functional specifications.
Extensive experience working on data flows.
Robust data management and data validation / analysis skills
Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and present recommendations
Create BRD, impact assessments,



functional specifications, flow charts, Root cause analysis and other diagnostic documentations.
Able to handle release related activities.
Ability to work independently and with a team, and ability to manage assignments and achieve agreed upon milestones
Must have solid experience in Jira & Confluence skills
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
