We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and provide data-driven insights to improve business performance. You will work closely with different departments to identify business needs and recommend effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Communicate with stakeholders to understand business objectives.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Create reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and Power BI.
Work closely with technical and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor KPIs and prepare MIS reports.
Support process improvement and business strategy initiatives.
Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel to generate actionable insights.
Required Skills:
Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query)
SQL (MySQL)
Power BI
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation skills

Qualification:
MBA (Business Analytics, Finance, Operations, Marketing) or equivalent preferred.
Freshers with relevant internships/projects and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
Salary: ₹1.80 – ₹3.00 LPA (CTC)
