Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with prior experience in the Tally ecosystem. The candidate will be responsible for generating recent business, managing client enquiries, achieving sales targets, and identifying upselling prospects among existing customers.

The ideal candidate should understand TallyPrime, Tally customizations, API integrations, cloud solutions, and other business automation services well enough to handle client discussions confidently.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and close new business opportunities.
Achieve monthly sales and upselling targets.
Understand client requirements through effective discovery calls.
Recommend suitable Tally solutions based on business needs.
Handle objections, follow-ups, quotations, and negotiations.
Upsell services to existing customers.
Maintain the sales pipeline and update the CRM regularly.
Coordinate with the technical team for solution discussions and project handover.

Required Experience
2–5 years of experience in Tally, ERP, software,



or solution sales.
Strong knowledge of TallyPrime and basic accounting workflows.
Understanding of Tally customizations, API integrations, Tally on Cloud, Tally Server, and Excel import solutions.
Good communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

Preferred Candidate Preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked with:
