Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Conduct requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions to understand business needs.
Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Functional Specifications, and process flows.
Analyze business processes and recommend solutions aligned with Oracle FLEXCUBE capabilities.
Collaborate with development, QA, and project teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, reviewing test cases, and validating business functionality.
Coordinate with business users during UAT, defect resolution, and production deployment.
Perform gap analysis between existing and proposed business processes.




Ensure functional requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.
Participate in change request analysis, impact assessment, and release planning.
Prepare user manuals, process documentation, and training materials where required.
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, organizational standards, and project governance.
