Business Analyst Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst Lead to drive requirements discovery, process analysis, and documentation management for enterprise system implementations, while guiding a small team of business analysts.

Key Responsibilities
Lead As-Is process studies, gap analysis, and requirements discovery workshops
Define and manage the User Requirements Specification (URS) and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
Facilitate workshops with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to capture and validate requirements
Own process modelling using BPMN/UML and translate findings into structured documentation
Guide and review the work of junior business analysts and consolidate module-wise requirements
Support SRS hand-off, design reviews, acceptance criteria, and change-impact analysis
Manage requirement validation and traceability across development and testing phases

Required Qualifications
5+ years of business analysis experience in enterprise application delivery
Robust proficiency in BPMN/UML, requirement engineering,



and stakeholder interviewing
Hands-on experience with RTM management, traceability, and structured documentation
Experience supporting SRS, acceptance criteria, and change-impact analysis
Ability to guide and review junior business analysts

Tools & Technologies
Modelling: BPMN/UML, Draw.io, Visio
Documentation: URS, SRS inputs, RTM, Word, Excel
Collaboration / Tracking: GitLab wiki/issues
Requirements: traceability and validation tooling

Positive to Have
Domain exposure in logistics, operations, or process-intensive industries
Experience supporting design reviews and UAT
Familiarity with CMMI-aligned documentation practices

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a senior BA who can lead requirements discovery, own URS and RTM, guide junior analysts, and ensure requirements are well-documented, traceable, and validated through to acceptance. Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,529,107.68 per year
