We're hiring: Business Analyst / FP&A; Manager - CFOSME (Pune, In-office)

CFOSME runs InsightTrack - a management-reporting and performance-governance engine that sits above accounting and turns a founder's numbers into decisions. We're looking for the analytical brain at the centre of it.

You'll own the KPI logic, MIS design, and variance storytelling for a cluster of 6–8 growing businesses across industries - the person who explains not just what changed, but why, and what to do about it.

What you'll do
Build KPI trees, metric formulas, and ledger-to-KPI mapping from scratch
Design MIS packs, dashboards, and variance commentary (MoM / QoQ / YoY)
Run driver-based analysis, segment profitability, and top-exception reviews
Build rolling forecasts, budgets,



and scenario / sensitivity models
Turn analysis into a crisp 'Top 10 Insights' note that drives client action

You are
MBA (Finance) or CA / CMA / CFA, with 4–8 yrs in FP&A;, MIS, or analytics
Fluent in advanced Excel + Power BI / Zoho Analytics
Someone who reads a P&L; and immediately asks the right three questions
Comfortable owning multiple clients and month-end deadlines at once
