Key Responsibilities
Lead business requirement gathering sessions with business users, product owners, and stakeholders.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Loan Origination System (LOS) applications.
Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Functional Specifications, User Stories, and process flow diagrams.
Drive business process analysis and recommend process improvements for loan origination workflows.
Collaborate with business, development, QA, architecture, and project management teams throughout the SDLC.
Lead requirement walkthroughs, functional reviews, and solution validation sessions.
Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by reviewing test scenarios, validating business functionality, and coordinating defect resolution.
Perform impact analysis for change requests and regulatory enhancements.
Coordinate with business users during UAT,



production rollout, and post-implementation support.
Ensure lending solutions comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
Mentor junior business analysts and provide guidance on best practices.

Banking & Lending Domain Expertise
Robust knowledge of Banking and Financial Services.
Experience in Retail Banking and Corporate Lending.
Understanding of Loan Origination, Credit Evaluation, Risk Assessment, and Loan Processing.
Familiarity with KYC, AML, regulatory compliance, and lending policies.
Knowledge of loan products such as Home Loans, Personal Loans, Vehicle Loans, Business Loans, Mortgage Loans, and SME Lending.

Pay: ₹416,902.80 - ₹1,529,107.68 per year
