Greet customers and inspect accident/damage vehicles.
Prepare repair estimates and explain the repair process to customers.
Open and maintain accurate job cards.
Coordinate with the Body Shop, Paint Shop, Insurance Surveyors, and Spare Parts team.
Follow up on insurance approvals and repair progress.
Keep customers updated on vehicle status and expected delivery time.
Ensure quality inspection before vehicle delivery.
Deliver vehicles to customers with proper explanation of repairs carried out.
Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction (CSI/CES).
Achieve body shop sales, labor, and insurance-related targets.
Maintain complete service records and required documentation.
Follow company SOPs, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
