Role Description The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving new client acquisition and managing ongoing business relationships for The NextWork in Aligarh. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves identifying and qualifying potential clients, conducting outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting The NextWork’s digital marketing services in a clear and compelling way.

The Business Development

Executive will prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.





Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records of leads and prospects, tracking performance against targets, and contributing insights to improve business development strategies. This is a full-time, in office position based in Aligarh.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Current Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and convert prospects into clients.

Candidates should possess strong Business and Account Management skills to support long-term relationships and client growth.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present solutions, negotiate agreements, and collaborate with internal teams.

Candidates should ideally have experience in digital marketing, sales, or related fields, with an understanding of online marketing services.

Candidates should demonstrate robust interpersonal skills, goal orientation, and the ability to work independently within a team setting.

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred, along with familiarity with CRM tools and basic office software.
