IT & Technology Staffing (Software, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity)
Engineering & Manufacturing
E-commerce, Retail & FMCG
Logistics, Supply Chain & Warehousing
BPO / KPO / Shared Services

If you have strength in any one or multiple industries, that's your playground.

WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR:
Hunt and acquire Direct Clients / MSP / RPO opportunities
Generate consistent hiring requirements
Own the complete BD lifecycle (Lead → Pitch → Negotiate → Close)
Drive revenue, not just pipeline
Build long-term, repeat business accounts

IDEAL PROFILE:
You already have decision-maker access / client network
You've personally closed staffing or recruitment deals




You understand commercial models, margins & billing cycles
You can generate business without dependency
You thrive in a zero-fixed, performance-only setting

MUST-HAVE EXPERTISE:
Solid experience in Staffing Business Development (IT / Non-IT / Industrial)
Exposure to Domestic & International markets (US preferred)
Expertise in cold outreach, LinkedIn hunting, and deal closures
Deep understanding of recruitment lifecycle across industries
High ownership with revenue-first mindset

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum 5+ years in Business Development (Staffing/Recruitment)
Proven track record of client acquisition & closures
Experience handling multiple industry clients is a robust advantage

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
MBA preferred (not required if you are a proven closer)
