We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Product Owner with 5+ years of experience in requirement gathering, product development, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value.
Work closely with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and release plans.
Facilitate requirement workshops, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with development, QA, UX, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Monitor product performance and recommend continuous improvements.
Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessments.
Support UAT activities and ensure business requirements are met.




Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project and product progress.

Required Skills
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner.
Solid experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Expertise in requirements elicitation, user story creation, and backlog management.
Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools.
Robust stakeholder and client management skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Experience in process improvement and business process modeling.
Ability to prioritize features and manage competing business demands.

Preferred Skills
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PSPO, or Agile certification.
Experience working with Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail, Finance, or ERP products.
Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI.
Experience working in digital transformation or cloud-based product environments.
