The Opportunity

We're looking for a Business Development Manager with a robust understanding of the Architecture, Workplace Design, Interior Design, or Commercial Fit-out industry.

If building meaningful client relationships, identifying recent business opportunities, and driving growth comes naturally to you, we'd love to connect.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop current business opportunities across the architecture and workplace ecosystem.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, architects, developers, and key decision-makers.

Lead client discussions, presentations, and business negotiations.





Collaborate closely with internal teams to craft tailored workplace solutions.

Drive revenue growth while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.

Maintain CRM records and provide regular business updates.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years of Business Development experience in the Architecture, Interior Design, Workplace Design, Commercial Fit-out, or related industry (Mandatory).

Strong B2B sales and client relationship management experience.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

A proactive, ownership-driven approach with the ability to work independently.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
