ADVANTAGES
Base Salary ranging from ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (target-based structure) +

Incentives.
Salary and Incentive are strictly performance-based, calculated on target achievement and

productivity.
A 6-month breathing period will be considered for performance stabilization.

Fixed salary of ₹2.5 – ₹5 LPA post 6 months conversion.
