Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Ernakulam. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across loans, business funding, and investment products, as well as nurturing existing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and meeting potential clients, presenting tailored financial solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.

Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, track market trends, prepare sales forecasts and reports,



and contribute to marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships. The role also involves maintaining high standards of professionalism, upholding regulatory and compliance requirements, and representing the company at events and client meetings.

Qualifications

Proven business development or sales experience in financial services, banking, NBFCs, or related sectors.

Solid skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling.

Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate loan, funding, or investment solutions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented mindset with strong planning, time management, and follow-up abilities.

Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis for tracking leads and performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certification is an advantage.

Knowledge of local market dynamics in Ernakulam and surrounding regions is preferred.
