Designation: Business Analytics & MIS (Ecommerce)

Roles & Responsibilities:

MIS & Reporting:
Prepare and automate daily, weekly, and monthly E-Commerce MIS reports.
Design dashboards for management review.
Ensure accuracy and timely availability of business reports.
Standardize reporting formats across marketplaces.

Business Analytics:
Analyze sales trends and business performance.
Identify top and bottom-performing SKUs.
Monitor category, brand, and marketplace performance.
Perform root cause analysis for fluctuations in sales and profitability.
Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights.

Marketplace Performance:
Analyze marketplace-wise sales.
Monitor pricing, discounts, promotions performance.
Track advertising spend and ROI.
Evaluate marketplace profitability and growth opportunities.

Operations & Inventory Analytics:
Monitor inventory ageing and stock availability.
Identify stock-outs and overstock situations.




Analyze order fulfillment, cancellations, returns, and delivery performance.
Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to improve service levels.

Finance Coordination:
Validate sales, returns, claims, and settlements.
Support reconciliation of marketplace payments and deductions.
Monitor gross margins and contribution by SKU and marketplace.
Highlight revenue leakages and cost optimization prospects.

Cross-Functional Coordination:
Work closely with E-Commerce Team, Finance, Operations, Warehouse, Customer Service and Marketing.

Knowledge about Marketplace Seller Portals and its working and availability of reports.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
